These terms and conditions govern your use of the WizTrader website located at https://www.wiztrader.io/.
By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions on this page, do not use WizTrader.
1. Scope These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter „T&C“) apply to all services and products offered by WizTrader Pro (hereinafter „Provider“) through the Website and related services.
2. Terms of Use The TradingView indicators and services provided by the Provider are intended for personal and non-commercial use only. Any other use requires the prior written consent of the Provider.
3. Conclusion of Contract and Subscription
a. Conclusion of contract: A contract for the use of the services of WizTrader Pro is concluded when the user fills in the registration form on the website and confirms these GTC.
b. Subscription via PayPal: To conclude a subscription, the user selects one of the subscription options offered and is redirected to PayPal to make the payment. The successful payment via PayPal and the subsequent confirmation by the provider complete the subscription process and are considered as acceptance of the subscription contract by the provider.
c. Confirmation of Conclusion of Contract: After successful payment and acceptance of the contract, the Provider sends the User a confirmation e-mail which confirms the conclusion of the contract and contains the essential details of the contract.
4. Services and Availability The provider provides the TradingView Indicator Suite as a service. There is no guarantee for the constant availability or accuracy of the services.
5. Prices and payment conditions
a. The prices for the various subscriptions are indicated on the website. b. Payment is made via the online payment service provider PayPal. Users will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment. c. The Provider is not responsible for problems or interruptions in the payment process that are beyond its control.
6. Subscription Management
a. Users may manage their subscriptions via a dedicated management form on the Website. b. Information required for subscription management includes full name, TradingView username and default email address. c. If a separate PayPal email address is used, this must also be provided.
7. Cancellation The subscription may be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.
8.Privacy
a. The protection and confidentiality of your information is important to us. All personal data will be treated in accordance with applicable data protection laws. b. As part of the payment process, certain data will be transmitted to PayPal.
9. Limitation of Liability and Risk Warning
a. The Provider is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Indicator Suite. b. The User is solely responsible for his trading decisions and for assessing the suitability and risks of any trading strategy. c. The Provider does not guarantee that the use of the Indicator Suite will result in any particular financial success.
10. Copyright All contents and services of WizTrader Pro are protected by copyright. Any use without the express permission of the provider is prohibited.
11. Changes to the terms and conditions The provider reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website.
12. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction The law of the country in which the provider has its registered office shall apply to these GTC and all legal relationships between the provider and the users. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider.

3. Vertragsschluss und Abonnement
a. Vertragsschluss: Ein Vertrag über die Nutzung der Dienste von WizTrader Pro kommt zustande, indem der Nutzer das Anmeldeformular auf der Website ausfüllt und diese AGB bestätigt.
b. Abonnementsabschluss über PayPal: Für den Abschluss eines Abonnements wählt der Nutzer eine der angebotenen Abonnementoptionen und wird zur Durchführung der Zahlung an PayPal weitergeleitet. Die erfolgreiche Zahlung über PayPal und die anschließende Bestätigung durch den Anbieter schließen den Abonnementsprozess ab und gelten als Annahme des Abonnementvertrags durch den Anbieter.
c. Bestätigung des Vertragsschlusses: Nach erfolgreicher Zahlung und Vertragsannahme sendet der Anbieter dem Nutzer eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail, die den Vertragsschluss bestätigt und die wesentlichen Vertragsdetails enthält.
4. Leistungen und Verfügbarkeit Der Anbieter stellt die TradingView Indikatoren-Suite als Dienstleistung zur Verfügung. Es wird keine Gewähr für ständige Verfügbarkeit oder Fehlerfreiheit der Dienste übernommen.
5. Preise und Zahlungsbedingungen a. Die Preise für die verschiedenen Abonnements sind auf der Website angegeben. b. Die Zahlung erfolgt über den Online-Zahlungsdienstleister PayPal. Nutzer werden zur PayPal-Website weitergeleitet, um die Zahlung abzuschließen. c. Der Anbieter ist nicht verantwortlich für Probleme oder Störungen im Zahlungsprozess, die außerhalb seiner Kontrolle liegen.
6. Abonnementsverwaltung a. Nutzer können ihre Abonnements über ein spezielles Verwaltungsformular auf der Website verwalten. b. 9. Haftungsbeschränkung und Risikohinweis a. Der Anbieter haftet nicht für Verluste oder Schäden, die durch die Nutzung der Indikatoren-Suite entstehen. b. Der Anbieter garantiert nicht, dass die Nutzung der Indikatoren-Suite zu einem bestimmten wirtschaftlichen Erfolg führt.
10. Urheberrecht Alle Inhalte und Dienste von WizTrader Pro sind urheberrechtlich geschützt. Eine Nutzung ohne ausdrückliche Genehmigung des Anbieters ist untersagt.
11. Änderung der AGB Der Anbieter behält sich das Recht vor, diese AGB jederzeit zu ändern. Änderungen werden auf der Website veröffentlicht.
12. Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand Für diese AGB und alle Rechtsbeziehungen zwischen dem Anbieter und den Nutzern gilt das Recht des Landes, in dem der Anbieter seinen Sitz hat. Gerichtsstand ist der Sitz des Anbieters.
