Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of the conclusion of the contract, i.e., the day you receive the confirmation of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform WizTrader – Owner Patric Klees, Am Park 26, 61184 Karben, Germany, E-mail: info@wiztrader.io – of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via e-mail).

You may use the withdrawal form for this purpose – however, its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Special Note on Digital Content

As your subscription includes access to digital content, your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

  1. you have expressly agreed that we may begin fulfilling the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and

  2. you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (e.g., by ticking a checkbox during checkout).

With your confirmation, the contract execution begins immediately, and your withdrawal right is waived.
